Congratulations!

Thanks to everyone who entered our Earth Day Scooter Contest, and a big Elephant congratulations to Zina Tibbetts of Fairfield, CA. She won a FREE Zapino Electric Scooter (a $3195 value!) from Green Motors. Be on the lookout for her as she zips around town with a clean, green conscience!

The fine print

No purchase necessary. Free drawing registration starts April 1, 2008 at 12:01am Pacific Time and ends April 30, 2008 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Drawing is open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, or any other company or individual who receives payment from Elephant Pharm are not eligible to enter. Winner is responsible for delivery of scooter and for all federal, state and local taxes. Drawing will be held at 12:00pm May 2, 2008 in our Berkeley offices. Name of the winner can be viewed at www.elephantpharm.com on or about May 10, 2008.
